About us

My name is Dawn and in 2019 I decided to pour my heart and time into rescuing vintage and antique items from certain destruction and learning to read their stories with the hope that someone new will give them another chapter.
Old things aren’t just “things.” They are non-textual histories of individuals, families, communities, and artistic and political movements. I am proud to be one of the many emerging millennials who want to preserve and cherish those histories.
Each item you will find in my shop has been selected with care and curiosity. I carefully wash and dry everything by hand, except in cases where doing so would remove authenticity labels or tags. I try to capture as much detail as possible in my photographs, but I’d be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
As time progresses, I hope to add “found-in-nature” items as well as junk journals and supplies. Keep checking back for updates!
