seller offered a discount and 5 days later he retracted and did not send the product, he is not a reliable person

Buyer was sent offer that was a mistake and the item was selling for $99.99 and we offered $10 off which would of made it $89.99 but for some reason it was sent with an 89% discount once the mistake was realized the order was cancelled and refund was issued. The customer bought the item on Friday July 7th and was refunded on Monday July 10th. within 3 days. We messaged the buyer to explain what had happened and there was no response from the buyer.
