Seller claimed item was damaged in post and returned to them, but only after I contacted them asking when they were going to post it. They offered me a refund, I accepted. They said check bank within 48 hrs. It's now a week later and still no refund. Have tried to contact them twice more with no response. When offering refund, they said they hoped I'd be happy with their communication. No I'm not and I'm not at all happy with being ripped off, even for a small amount of money, either.
