New item was broken with a missing part (i.e., not in the box when it was broken). Seller first claimed it was no longer new value because I opened it. Then said he doesn t respond to these issues and I should contact the manufacturer. Next time I ll order directly from the manufacturer or an established retailer.

Sellers and Buyers BEWARE. This is a pure case of extortion and the system let's it happen. First off, this user had to start a case to open any dialog between us. He has now has revised his feedback by once again providing false information and embellishing the truth by playing on someone's words. This buyer closed the case on his own, he could have been given partial refund or full by simply shipping it back with all original contents and packaging. You can't make this stuff up, unreal.
