  Trailer hitch quality is perfect. Fast shipping. The only issue I had was that the wiring harness was missing. Customer service claimed the harness wasn't included, but the description clearly listed it, including the model number of the harness. It took several chats, emails, and phone calls, but eventually we worked out a deal that I could live with. The listing still has not been fixed, so if you're looking for a hitch for a Chevy Sonic, make sure to confirm with them ahead of time.

  This seller is a good business. I ordered a prodigy ID brake controller for my Ford. One of the components of the kit was defective, not their fault.   Brand new As described Looks to be excellent what I need for my suv Good price Packaging needs more work all the foam support got torn up but item was still good with no damage besides few scratches. Possible because it’s heavy and solid steel that’s why packaging was broken. Would recommend and buy from seller again. Very responsive and reliable company to work with.
