Seller accepted my offer; a number of days letter I was sent a refund and a note that the card had been sold to someone else. Having bought and sold on e-Bay for a number of years, I have a pretty good idea of what happened - the seller felt the offer was too low and they sold it to someone else for a higher price. I would be cautious about doing business with someone like this. If an item is listed for sale and I purchase it, I expect to receive it, not be told it was sold out from under me.

The card was purchased after closing on a Saturday. The "number of days" later was Monday. Your theory is a lie and unfair accusation. If we felt the offer was too low, we would not have accepted it in the first place. The card was sold in shop and not removed from inventory fast enough to catch. We sell hundreds of cards per week and sometimes mistakes like this happen. We apologized and you were immediately hostile.
