Poor seller communication & non-resolution. I had to pay a significant amount of duties/taxes on this item & therefore sending them back to the seller for a refund was not an option & would leave me $60 in the hole & no sunglasses. They had a defective arm & were not like new (worn once) as described in their listing. Disappointingly, the seller did not offer any alternative & stopped communicating. I am now left with an additional charge to have them repaired! :(

The buyer refused to return the item and wanted to keep it AND receive a refund.
A loose screw on sunglasses during shipment is not a defect. Multiple communication was extensive and clear - RETURN THEM FOR A FULL REFUND - Thank you

Your response once again demonstrates that you have a hard time understanding math. As for the defect, the left arm immediately collapsed when I took it out of the case & this is indeed a defect that was NOT disclosed in your listing. Also, you were evasive in your responses & as demonstarted in this reply, you still do not understand the issue & simply do not comprehend customer service!
