The packaged was mailed at the earliest opportunity - 1 day shipping was promised and the first day the post office was open was the day after a holiday. Once the item is delivered to the shipper (this case US Post Office) I have no control over how long it takes. I hope this buyer will reconsider having left a neutral feedback and change it to positive. It really hurts a seller when neutral or negative feedback is left irresponsibly.
