I ask that the item be canceled due to my checking account being charged rather than my PayPal, (in which I selected to be charged) not my checking account. The seller was ask to refund the funds and I would repurchase through PayPal, which should have been initially charged. After finally receiving the refund, I chose not to repurchase it was such a stressful process, while in the middle of preparing for a business trip. eBay has made the process of speaking to a live rep far too complicated.

Great little trainer
I bought this to replace one I bought 3 years ago. It was still working but had some cracking in the buttons. When,dog isn't listening just give him the audible tone and he responds immediately. Don't need the shock at all. Sometimes if he isn't listening and the collar is off I just show it to him and he responds without even putting it on or even turning it on. Works great
