THE SELLER DID ALLOW THE CANCELLATION AND THE REFUND HOWEVER EBAY CUSTOMER SERVICE DID NOT CANCEL THE ORDER AND SEND THE REFUND TO ME. EBAY AI IS TERRIBLE AND I CANNOT GET THROUGH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE SELLER CANNOT EITHER. MY BANK WANTS EBAY CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HANDLE THIS REQUEST AS THE SELLER CANNOT GET THROUGH TO EBAY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NEITHER CAN I. EBAY GUARANTEES THAT THEY WILL GUARANTEE REFUNDS!
