BLACK/CHROME GRILLE for 1999-2006 MERCEDES CL Class W215 CL65 CL500 CL600
Dec 15, 2021
Easy
I've read reviews of similar products from other sellers where the purchasers have had considerable trouble in fitting the grill. With this item, all I had to do was undo three small bolts to remove the old grill, slide out the grill, replace it with the new one and replace the bolts. As easy as could possibly be. Yes, it comes with the Mercedes star already in place on the new grill. There are replacement clips for the bolts to screw into to be found in the bottom of the box. You might miss them and re-use the existing ones, as I did. And yes, i definitely looks better with the new grill.
Egyptan Shabtis by Harry M. Stewart. Shire Egyptoloy No.23. 1st ed. 1995. VGC.

Excellent comprehensive starter book for newcomers to the subject.
Excellent comprehensive starter book for newcomers to the subject. This book covers the basics necessary for anyone who has an interest in these small Egyptian figurines, or who is starting to collect them. It covers the history of the artefacts and gives an overview of the different types, enabling the reader to identify which period of Egyptian history a particular shabti belongs to. There are examples of shabtis belonging to well known groups, and a chapter discussing the details of the inscriptions to be found upon them, as well as a discussion of the shabti boxes which they are sometimes found in. The book has been out of print for many years, and is well worth the price for collectors as the cost is covered if it helps prevent just one purchase mistake in a market where the majority of items for sale on the Internet are modern copies or tourist souvenirs!
