Item arrived defective but customer support is worse. Seller only responds to one email per 24 hours, and never with a complete set of instructions. Car has been in pieces for 11 days. Seller refused to acknowledge the device is defective, instead insists it was misconfigured (configured then locked by factory not me). After days seller finally sends PIN to unlock settings. Another day to send the settings. When this doesn't fix the problem seller starts cycle over says it's a misconfiguration.

We responded to this buyer's information in a timely manner every day and provided solutions. The email message also asked the buyer to send a video of the problem so that we could quickly solve the problem. The buyer did not cooperate in providing us with the information we needed, resulting in the inability to promptly investigate the cause of the problem. We We have been trying to help him, but he lied and started a dispute outside eBay to get his money back.We Reported this buyer to eBay.
