Item not received by date noted. Item was not even shipped by date I was suppose to receive. I contacted the seller and asked when would be shipped and got no response. Order would not cancel even though not shipped yet. I sent another email just now asking when would be shipped or cancel if seller does not have product. My payment was processed immediately when ordered, but nothing else has happened since!
