This seller posted the item as New and It was not. Was incomplete. I contacted him and he refused to accept a return. I'll never buy from him again

Buyer did not understand terms of the sale. The product was new, and IF it was missing a part, that would be at the manufacturer level. It is important for buyer to understand and actually read and look at pictures prior to sale.
