This looks like a nice DIY amp. The quality of the PC board and the silkscreen are good. My only issues so far (and I haven't actually fired it up yet - I'm still waiting on a transformer, which I had to order custom) are that (1) it requires a transformer with two separate secondary windings, one for the high voltage stages and one for the low-level input stages. This could have easily been dealt with by incorporating proper voltage regulators into the design, thus requiring a transformer with only one secondary, which would be much easier to find. (2) - any more important, to me, as a veteran DIY guy and design engineer - is that no schematic or other documentation is available, or so I'm told. This is a major drawback, IMHO, and I'm quite disappointed. If I had known this, I would have bought another amp.
