Based in Westcliff on Sea,Essex our family run business is an Aladdin's Cave full of affordable, good quality fabrics and haberdashery. We carry a huge stock of fabrics including 100% Cottons, dress fabrics, woollens, fleece, felt, fur fabrics, calico, muslin, PVC, corduroy, upholstery - the list goes on! Our shop is a fabric lovers dream.

We are proud to say that having been established nearly 40 years ago by our wonderful Dad, Len Kaye in York Road Market in Southend on Sea, we are still bringing you beautiful fabrics together with good old fashioned customer service.
