Ordered this more than two weeks ago and it still has not shipped. I have repeatedly messaged the seller to find out if there is an issue, but they have not replied to any of my messages. I will pursue a refund through ebay, but this experience was a waste of time. How hard is it to reply to a customer and tell them what the issue is?

Delivery was ok, no issues, but the SonicPoints are registered at another company, contacted seller, to inform other company to de-register, if possible, no response. So now in use as paper weights, we cannot register them. Quest also not helping.
