Bought on the 30th. Seller marked it as dispatched on the 3rd. This was meant to be special next day delivery, so when I still hadn't received the item by the 6th I reached out. Seller said item had fallen behind the sofa????? So after a week of messing about I asked for refund. To which seller told me to wait for ebay to step in as she couldn't refund me that would mean another 7 day wait. I complained and magically Seller found a way to refund me. Not professionally run business at all.

I informed the buyer she needed to wait until I obtained some extension jump rings and apologised for the delay. The second part is untrue, I did not tell her to wait until Ebay would step in but that I couldn't refund her as a case was open. She then told me to refund her via the classic site which I was unaware of but did so immediately. I have worked hard to maintain my 100% feedback.
