  Avoid at all costs! I placed an order and cancelled within a few hours. The seller rejected the cancellation but never responded to any of my communications, nor did the seller ever ship the item. I had to wait several weeks to be refunded almost $300 for an item that was never shipped. EBAY had to step in and provide the refund, the seller never even cared to respond or ship the item, the seller just took the money and shipped nothing. AVOID THIS SELLER, save yourself the headache!

  I had to fill out an import form from FedEx in order to get it released from USA destination both th seller and FedExhelped me to do that. It arrived in perfect condition after I fill that out and submitted it.It came the next day and I got an email saying it had been released for delivery. This box of Kuretake Gansai Tambi paints is beautiful! I would use this seller again.
