Does not work properly. When you put the beaters in they go out of sync after about 15 seconds. I owned one of these for 38 years, so I know how it should work. I will check in to getting it fixed. The shipping charge cost to much to send it back.

Poor craftsmanship - fails after 2 months of use.
1 of 1 found this helpful I have purchased several of the Heads Up just because I thought maybe I bought a defect. But after three purchases and all fail in the same area, I realized the product is of poor quality. The place of failure is in the middle to last prong. The three that I purchased, all had the same failure point. They all lasted for several months maybe three at the most.
To take into consideration, I cycle to work five days a week. Maybe this was design for recreational use and not to be used consistently.
What I did like about the product is that its easy to adjust has a long arm so that I can better see.
