Bag arrived in worse condition than pictured or described. It was dirty and had staining on the inside and bottom. I reached out to share pictures and request a return, and the seller accused me of using the bag and then trying to get a return. I haven’t used the bag and really don’t appreciate the incredibly unprofessional conduct of the seller. Even if they didn’t want to process a return, there was no need to accuse me of lying. See photos for staining on. Will be opening dispute with eBay.
