  I purchased this item on the 2nd September and it was apparently posted on the 4th. Still haven’t received it and it was purchased for a cake. When I messaged asking how it was sent I was offered a refund immediately which I did think odd. I’ve asked for a tracking number which I’ve been refused. It was send via yodel apparently but after contacting them they have nothing due to be sent to me at all. Very disappointed and feel like this is a total scam. Want a refund.
