    It was used, yes..very used with old pads still left on. But all in all it works. You're a business and should know better to send "used" medical items that have been attached to another human. Under the TGA laws this can cause cross infection. READ THEM!!! Get rid of the pads. Clean the product thoroughly.

    We clearly photograph each item to show it's condition and advertise as USED, We werent joking or lying IT'S USED. Why buy the item if your going to whinge that is is USED. I think you should pay extra and buy NEW item's only
