Book was not shipped correctly and so had much more damage done to it during transit that they seller did not want to say was me not looking at the prior damage of the book, and their only alternative was to take the entire book back and ship a book in poorer condition. Considering their packaging issues were what gave me issues for this book, I did not agree to their offer.

The book was infact bubble wrapped & boxed properly, shipped within 1 day. Occasionally, the USPS will damage a box, this is beyond a sellers control. What is in the sellers control is to immediately respond to the buyers issue (same day) and offer a free return. In this case the book was listed a Very Good as it was an unread dinged copy. What else can be done?immediately offer a free return and ask if the damage exceeded the listing details as some do not look at pictures or read descriptions.
