Prepare to wait if you need an HDMI extender
The product itself is great - but if your TV requires an HDMI extender prepare to wait. The extender is FREE if you contact Roku but apparently everyone needs one because the website says they are "Out of Stock". Sometimes the frame of the TV is too tight to the HDMI socket and will not allow the stick to fit. This is easily fixed with an extender but Roku does not provide one in the box. You will either need to buy one or order a free one from Roku - and wait until they go back in stock.

Don't buy Westinghouse TV's. Hopefully their elevators are made better
Died after a few years. Picture quality was fine. Sound quality was bad. Cost me over $200 new. Was looking for a cheap HD TV for the bedroom. Yeah, I got cheap for sure.
