    Item came broken. Poor packaging for a car mirror that could easily break. Seller put no effort to prevent any damage. Seller will not reply.

    You emailed yesterday and we reply next business day. As for the broken part we can ship it in a metal box and USPS will still break parts. It's not our fault and we fight with USPS on this weekly. Now we can send a replacement or offer a full refund. Which ever you'd like.

    The part was not what it was advertised as.Was advertised as fitting a 2015 Hyundai tucson but it would not work on a 2015.Was for a 2010 to 2013.I gave 2 star for refunding my price paid but I lost 40 bucks paying to ship back a parts that would work and not as advertised to fit,Would not buy from again.

    Return shipping is free and we pay for it via ebay. Don't know how that happened. Also sorry it was marked wrong. We offer free replacements / ship out the correct part. Mistakes can happen. Sorry about this.
