  Seller's listing materially misrepresented vinyl condition. Listed in “Excellent” condition, but is covered in scuffs and scratches, including a feelable scratch that causes ticking on Side 3. Pictures in listing didn’t fairly show condition of playable area. At best vinyl in Very Good condition. Buyer returned 1 incorrect disc (of 2 LPs) and so voluntarily cancelled the return due to the error. Buyer erred on return but wouldn't be out $50 if seller hadn't misrepresented the vinyl's conditions.

  The condition of this 58-year-old record, including scratches, was clearly stated in the item description. However, one of the returned records received from the buyer was badly scratched and not the original copy I sent. The buyer explained that he owns multiple copies of the same LP and returned the wrong one by mistake, but he has decided not to send back the actual item. I always strive to conduct honest and fair transactions, and I regret that this situation occurred.
