Contacted seller with issue and asked to return and for refund but was flatly ignored in that regard, saying it was intact with no damages and books were bubble wrapped individually (it wasn’t). No actual proof of packaging provided. Mostly said “I don’t what else to tell you” with no apology or empathy whatsoever. Very disappointed.
