    As described, seller has very weak communication. Had problems with delivery at no fault of seller or buyer. UPS delivered to wrong address. Seller quit communicating but received a replacement part 5 days later thru USPS. Seller made good on transaction but would have been nice to know what seller was doing.

    Seller took max handling days before shipping, then sent a speaker (OEM subwoofer for 2001 Toyota) loose in a box with no packing material. Box was destroyed and speaker did not work when it arrived. Seller offered to send a replacement but nothing had been sent after another week passed. I also needed the OEM mount that was included so I just replaced the speaker with a new one instead of returning the item for a refund, just a bad transaction. Will be sure to avoid this seller in the future.
