Sadly though, a couple of keys didn’t work due to the switch legs not being inserted correctly (and bent). However I was able to unbend and reinsert the switches. So nothing was irreversibly broken. The provided usb-c cable also did not work (kept popping up a connection error), but I had a different one. Overall the product arrived in one piece, but did require a bit of fiddling to get working.
