The customer service with this order was outstanding! They let me know that since I ordered over a holiday weekend that the item would not be shipped until the post office opened. The item was wrapped with care--lots of bubble wrap and shipping paper to keep it from breaking. It arrived prior to the estimated shipping date. All in all, it was a great shopping experience.
