Item arrived quickly in unopened box and appears to be new, however, there was a software issue with the machine. There was no settings menu on the machine. We had to contact Breville and they had to send a replacement machine. Disappointing as this was a gift.

We are sorry to hear that the buyer experienced an issue with the coffee machine. The problem appears to be related to the machine itself rather than to us as the seller. However, we’re glad to hear that the buyer was able to have it replaced by the manufacturer.
