    Rude! I had a problem with a few boxes of incense I purchased. I contacted the seller and received instructions on how to lite them 😂. The issue was they were WET from being smashed in a paper mailer Seller REFUSED to offer any kind of help. Addition to all of this, they were absolutely insulting saying… We have zero issues with any Satya incense other than your own. The issue is unique to you. At this point I see no further use for continued emails so you are very welcome2 have the last word
