    Seller was nice but didnt disclosed massive crack in the faceplate. He offered a refund but not for the duties and taxes I had to pay for to get the item here. If I knew about the crack then I woulsnt have bought it. Im out more money for a useless cassette player.

    I’m truly sorry this didn’t meet expectations. The item was factory-sealed, so I couldn’t see the crack before shipping. I honored your request to ship to a different address, gave a 50% discount to help with extra shipping costs, and later issued a full refund under my guarantee. Duties and taxes were beyond my control, but I did everything possible to resolve this quickly. I truly apologize again and hope you find a perfect replacement soon.
