    I usually post very short feedback so this is quite unusual for me. I had the best of experiences with this transaction. The item, an Asus laptop from 2011, had been cleaned (which is as rare as can be). The packaging was utterly professional (I kept the box...) and the shipping was ultra quick. The laptop works fine. You want to do business with these people! Simple as that.

    WARNING ⚠️ THIS SELLER Engages in DECEPTIVE Manipulative item description PREDATORY BUSINESS Practices! To where they will down play and even , not disclose the real damages of their products and hide under the umbrella of for parts and repair. Seller didn't disclose that the motherboard is spit in half( broken) by the hard drive port but they removed the hard drive and list the item as just will only boot to bios . Deceiving buyers into thinking that the fix is just a bio swap or flash. Crooks

    I clearly stated in the listing that booting it to BIOS was the only test I performed. It was listed as broken or for parts because I couldn't guarantee that anything else would be wrong with it. You're complaining about buying a beat up laptop with a broken screen for $10.
