    This shipper corrected the problem. I do understand that things go wrong from time to time, but this shipper responded immediately to my issue with genuine concern and resolve my issue. Due to this sellers diligence I’m changing my rating to four stars.

    This Buyer filed his claim at after 9pm EST and I did make contact with him once I was aware there was an issue on the following day (Saturday). Once I drop a package off with the carrier, I no longer have any control over when or if it gets delivered. This Buyer has been fully refunded.
