    Although the response is 2-3 days, the customer service was fair to refund my full purchase price upon return of the watch. The watch was not in new condition. There were several obvious blemishes, scratches etc. The bezel was already pushed in and the second hand was not moving. Upon inspection, it appears the watch had been tooled/opened and did not have the original protective plastic, Bulova tag but papers from another watch. And the shipping and tracking was super slow.
