Unfortunately the item was lost in the post! Seller immediately offered a refund, but I wanted the item. Seller offered to send another. This it appears also has been lost in the post? Seller has now sent a refund. I cannot fault the communication or the service, however, my suggestion would be that the seller seriously considers their relationship with the shipping company? I appreciate that items travelling half way across the world can sometimes get lost, but when the replacement is lost???

This seller is a scammer and a liar. The product I bought arrived damaged and I asked for a refund. He said I had to close the return process so he could send me a new product, but he lied to me saying I shouldn't have done that. And yes, he is a scammer because he didn't send a new product to replace the damaged product. Please don't believe him. He is a liar.
