I tried to work with the buyer but they were abusive in their messages and delayed the return which I paid for. On return it looked like they had pulled cables out from the base but there were no "awful" noises, ebay advised I could deduct the cost of shipping which I did, the chair is perfect but I believe the buyer had purchased another one cheaper.
