About us

Vivateddy is best described as an eclectic seller. Our interest began as newlyweds when we lived in New England in a huge house, part of which was an antique shop. Our landlady, a respected dealer, taught us a lot. But our own selling began when we started selling as a favor to several friends who were downsizing. Researching their wonderful and interesting items we were learning a lot. With everything from antiques and collectibles to vintage clothing, nice pre-owned items, and just about anything that looked different or unique, we kept learning and having fun. That led to more research and attending auctions and estate sales. Add to that twenty-six years of world travel and living in seven countries, we readily appreciate art and items from around the world. We just love browsing and finding those special things that sometimes stay in our own home, or find their way to Vivateddy. We pride ourselves on making the buyer happy. We hope you will visit us often!
