  Buyers I've no issues with this seller, however the product still sealed in its original packaging doesn't work with no sound emitting from either ear piece. I tried them in other devices with no sound emitting from those either. To ensure the fault, I also tried several other of the same Sony earphones I own, and they all worked perfectly in the devices tried. Sadly it looks like a production fault as the item's sealed as new. These things happen unknowingly and the seller's not at fault Don:)

  How would we even know there was as issue if you never messages us prior to leaving this feedback? Item was new in a sealed box from the factory. We would have helped you.
