  The appearance of the product that arrived was different than what the image showed. One of the glass globes is cloudy and noticeably different than the other globes. I contacted the seller to explain my concern and possibly replace the item. They responded that the quality of all the products seem to have the same flaw and offered me a partial refund. I accepted the offer of a partial refund. It's been over a week and the credit has not been applied to my account.
