    USPS delivered with delay (unfortunately, happens sometimes) and this is frustrating but out of my control. Yes, I sent a wrong purse, and I was trying to explain that I have been going through an unimaginable family tragedy when easy to make a mistake, and even sent proofs; I apologized 10 times, I offered to send the correct one at my expense, I immediately issued the refund - nothing was good enough, the buyer went ahead and left the feedback above.
