What's a USAcost?

We started in 2014 as a family-owned business selling products online. Here are a few interesting facts about us:

We may be one of the smallest businesses in the United States, with only one warehouse - our garage. We pride ourselves on being honest and only selling genuine products that we personally like. We also strive to provide quick responses to our buyers and offer the best customer service we can. We truly appreciate your support!

What are we focused on?

Our main goal is to provide exceptional customer service. We make sure to ship all orders within one business day, so you won't have to wait long to receive your purchase. We are committed to never selling fake products; everything we offer is authentic. Currently, our USA-based fulfillment center is located in our garage, but we hope to expand and have a proper warehouse in the future. Rest assured, there will be no slow shipping from outside the US.

    On July 7, the day which this item was delivered by USPS all of the packaging was soaking wet from the liquid in the Jar which in my opinion is over 1/2 of the product. The seller has not returned a reply in the full week after delivery of this . I kept a copy of the email I sent to them on 7/8 and will be furnished to EBay if and when you ask.
