    Item arrived on time, but unfortunately was broken, so unable unable to use. Contacted seller & sent photos. The Seller is asking for it to be sent back for refund & has asked for another order to be placed. This is fine, but I require refund first & having problems currently, not being given a code to return it "free of charge"! Everything I go on Web site, doesn't bring anything up, so I am doing something wrong - I'm not technically minded, that's the problem!! Nothing is straight for me.

    Thanks for the feedback, unfortunately eBay doesn't allow exchanges, any faulty items have to be returned (for free) via eBay returns process. This is one limit of eBay unfortunately. If you return it for free, you will receive a full refund from eBay and can then purchase another. Hope that helps.
