    Seller sent item immediately but unfortunately it was not regional free as advertised. Seller was remorseful and attentive. He attempted to remedy situation by sending an approved replacement that unfortunately was not regional free as free as well but was not charged. Would purchase from again.     I ended up getting an item with half of the ports showing fault for the PoE side of the switch. The seller was very understanding, quick to respond, and offered a full refund with no need to return, saving me the time.     The shipping and packaging and the price versus the value was fantastic. Unfortunately the item did not work but the seller refunded me the money and said I did not have to return the item. So I'm eternally grateful. I own a similar unit and I explained to him that I know exactly how to use this unit and unfortunately after thorough testing it was only giving me one channel. But just from the customer service I would do business with this seller in the future
