  Item arrived fast in a large box in great new condition. It was well packaged and came with some hardware to install it. The price was unbeatable. The measurements on the outdoor unit are off, the H and W are accurate but it is not 8" D, it's actually closer to 13" D. The quality matches the pictures and description. The appearance of the components is accurate as well. I've recently installed it and so far it's been working great.
