  I had ordered two hanging birdfeeders. Both were packed well and arrived in perfect condition except that one was missing some parts. Unbeatable sales reacted quickly to the issue immediately sending me a return label. Their customer service department is excellent. The hanging birdfeeder as well built, and should last for years.
