It was supposed to be delivered by 7/31/2025, and I received it on 8/14/2025. As for the packaging, it was only wrapped in a black plastic bag with no padding or additional boxes. The item had 8 plug-in terminals, and one does not work, but only needed six anyway, so it works for me. I realize a lot of responsibility probably falls on USPS, but I have never experienced any problems like this in the past.
