TrueValueSuperStore drop ships most of our items directly from our 12 warehouse locations which are near most major cities. This usually means that we have a warehouse location that is within a few hundred miles of most customers. We also ship from our Brick & Mortar store which is located in Livingston, MT on the north entrance gateway to Yellowstone National Park. Our Brick & Mortar store has been in business for over 50 years, and we have sold online for over 9 years. Our employees have over 100 years of combined hardware and retail experience.     You ordered on Thursday July 3rd. July 4th was a holiday so all shipping services were closed. Your order shipped on Monday July 7th. If you needed it in one day then you could have ordered with Express Shipping.
